National Seminar on Innovation and Management
Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), in collaboration with Providence Women’s College, Calicut, hosted a National Seminar on Innovation and Management in the Dynamic Business Environment on October 28, 2024. The seminar began with a welcome address by Ms. Prasy VK, HOD, Department of Business Administration, and presidential inauguration was delivered by Dr. SR. Ashmitha, Principal, Providence Women’s College Autonomous, she also felicitated Dr. Shazia Rahman, HOD, Department of Advertising and Marketing Management, Patna Women’s College Autonomous. The seminar explored themes in HR, customer engagement in marketing, and fintech, highlighting innovation’s role in business dynamics.
Key sessions included talks by Mr. Alok John on inclusive HR practices, and by Dr. Rahul P and Mr. Sushin M from Christ University on fintech and big data’s impact on business. The event concluded with a valedictory by Dr. Niranjana.C and a vote of thanks by Ms. Nusrath Sohail from Patna Women’s College.
