The Department of Data Science and Analytics proudly conducted an intra-college Short Film Making Competition in celebration of this year’s Republic Day, under the theme “Golden India: Heritage and Development.” The event aimed to engage students in creative storytelling around the topic of “Sustainable Development: Lessons from Tradition.”
The participants submitted their short films on 27.01.2025 and it was judged by the judges in the AI Lab on 30.01.2025.The Short films were judged by Dr. Bhawna Sinha, HoD, Department of Computer Science and Applications(MCA) and Ms. Poonam Abraham Lakra, HoD, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
The Short Film Making Competition was a resounding success, achieving its objectives of promoting sustainable practices, celebrating heritage, fostering creativity, and engaging the community. The event not only highlighted the importance of learning from traditional practices but also inspired participants to think innovatively about sustainable development.
