Sports Carnival, Sports Training cum Physical Education
Sports Carnival, Sports Training cum Physical Education Visit was organised (as a part of Multidisciplinary course) by the Department of Physics, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) Patna University, from October 22nd, 2024 to October 24th, 2024. The students of B.Sc Physics, Semester 3 went to the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Patna, Bihar.
DAY 1 :- Students were guided by Dr. Amrita, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics and Dr. Manishi Pooja, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics. All the three sessions were guided by Mr. Somesh Rao Chavan, Head SAI. In the first session students were taught some basic steps of Taekwondo. In the next session students visited Moin-ul-Haq Stadium, Bihar Cricket Association. There the students were enlightened by the history of the stadium. In the third session students visited the Global Gym where students got detailed information about the various gym equipment and machines.
