VALUE BASED EDUCATION 2024
Value based personality class was organized by Department of Botany on the theme “Role of students”, for Semester V on 29th October 2024 from 1.00 pm onwards. A short video was shown which was based on life of a girl always being scolded for studies. Father of the girl showed positive attitude towards his daughter. Students are not only for studying but also have to play an important role in their family, neighborhood & in the society. This video was shown on the occasion of World Student’s Day (15th October). This day is celebrated every year for honoring students worldwide to promote their rights and encourage educational awareness emphasizing the importance of education for personal and societal development. A short discussion following the video was conducted. Dr. Anjana Verma was facilitator for this personality development session.
