General Terms & Conditions


  1. Only registered contractors with valid GST and PAN will be eligible.
  2. The contractor must have completed at least three similar construction projects in the last 5 years.
  3. Tender document fee and EMD are mandatory.
  4. The work must be completed within the stipulated time.
  5. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
  6. Contractors who have previously done quality work with college may be given preference.

Bid Submission Instructions

Bids must be submitted in three separate sealed envelopes inside one large envelope marked "Tender for 2nd Floor and Terrace of Library Block Construction – PWC".
