Anger management life skill training
Anger management life skill training aimed to equip participants with strategies for managing anger constructively, using activities like the Anger Map, Relaxation Techniques, Empty Chair, and Hug a Tree.
1. This enhanced awareness of anger triggers and emotional responses.
2. Improved emotional regulation through relaxation and mindfulness.
3. Participants reported feeling better equipped to handle anger constructively in real-life situations.
The session successfully taught practical tools for managing anger, promoting healthier emotional responses, and fostering a greater sense of emotional control and balance.
The training was given by Ms. Manisha Kumari, Psychological Counsellor, Guidance and Counselling Centre, Department of Psychology, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous. There was a seat limit. 56 students from different subjects attended the training.
