Placement and Career Counselling Cell
Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Patna Women’s College was formally inaugurated in 2010, although placement activities in the College have taken place regularly since 2004. The Placement Cell of the college has been conducting campus recruitment drives in which reputed multinational companies like IBM, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Star TV, Concentrix, etc. have participated and hired the students of the college. In the year 2009, the placement cell was awarded for highest joining in India by IBM Daksh.
The Placement and Career Counselling Cell also organizes pre-placement training programmers and interactive sessions by industry experts to prepare students for placement.
Debjani Sankar and Dr. Sahar Rahman are the placement officers who shoulder all the responsibilities of recruitment and training. Mr. Alok John also looks after the affairs of the placement cell.
