Department of Communicative English and Media Studies, Patna Women’s College, organized the Freshers’ Day Programme for the U.G. batch (2024-2028) on August 2, 2024. Sister Nelsa A.C. (Department of English) and Ms. Enakshi De Biswas, coordinator of Performing Arts, were the guests. The programme started with a solo singing  performance on song Lag Jaa Gale. It was followed by another solo classical dance performance. The next event was a group folk dance followed by a skit on the theme of “What happiness means at different stages of life”. The next performance was a group song by all the semester 1 students and the song’s name was ‘People over the World’.The programme was entertaining as well as included great life lessons. The guests were inspired by the performances. Siddhi Kumari of Semester 1 Department of CEMS was crowned as Ms. Fresher.
