Guest Lecture conducted on International Scholarships
The Department of English Communication and Media at Patna Women’s College, Autonomous, organized a enriching guest lecture on “International Scholarships: Pathways for Study and Research” led by Rimjhim Kumari- an educator, researcher and mentor with a diverse background in English Literature, language and communication. She is a gold medalist in English from Patna Women’s College.
The session commenced with an introduction to Ms. Rimjhim, she provided valueable insights on how you can access global opportunities through various scholarships and research programs and directions that can shape your academic and professional journey. Ms. Kumari emphasized the importance of mindfulness in academic planning, offering guidance on accurately completing scholarship formalities and crafting impactful Statements of Purpose (SOPs). The session was very interactive and interesting, concluded with a question-and-answer round and honouring the guest with a plant sapling.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Tauseef Hassan, Head of the Department of English Communication and Media, along with Assistant Professors Dr. Runa and Mr. Amitabh Ranjan.
