The Department of Advertising and Marketing Management organized a Guest lecture in collaboration with IBS Mumbai on 4th October 2023. The Guest speaker Professor Juhi Ranjan, Faculty IBS Mumbai spoke on the “Importance of soft skills for Profession Development”.
Professor Ranjan spoke on the importance of communication skills, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, presentation and decision making.
She also emphasized on the need to be well versed in AI and ML. She said that “Problems are Opportunities” and managers often have to rely on initiative thinking and their gut feeling.
The very fruitful session was followed by an interactive session of questions, answers and was followed by refreshments.
