Guest Lecture on Career Pathways in Advertising
As a part of the MoU collaborative lecture series, The Department of Mass Communication of Patna Women’s College (autonomous) Patna University organised a guest lecture on ” Career Pathways in Advertising” on 01.10.2024. The event was graced by Ms. Priya Manish Kumar , Coordinator,BJMC, St. Xavier’s College of Management and Technology, Patna as the resource person.
The speaker began the session with her presentation on Advertising and different types of advertisement. Different career opportunities in the advertising were then discussed to provide more clarity on the theme of the event. This was followed by an interactive Q/A session where the speaker answered questions related to advertising industry and shared her experience.
The entire session was successfully conducted under the guidance of Ms. Roma , HOD, Department of Mass Communication. The session concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Aprajita Pathak, assistant professor, Department of Mass Communication.
