Interaction Cum Talk

Department of Psychology, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous, organized an Interaction-cum-Talk on 08/02/2025. The Topic of today’s talk was “Careers in Psychology”. The program was started with prayer and God’s blessings. The Guest speaker was Major Reeti Upadhyay, Deputy Registrar IIT Roorkee. She is an Alumnus, Batch 1997-2000, Department of Psychology, Patna Women’s College.
Major Reeti Upadhyay is an ex Indian Army Officer with extensive experience of training, administration, Planning and conducting operations. Mam shared her journey from being a student of PWC to becoming an Army Officer. She have expressed extensive information about how to decide career in psychology. Also she put major emphasis in the area of career in armed forces.
The intellectual session was interactive with student’s curious questions and insightful answers given by our guest speaker.
The program was moderated by Ms. Mukta Mrinalini, Assistant Professor, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous and Vote of thanks was given by Ms. Nupur Shree, Assistant Professor, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous. It was attended by 80 students of Department of Psychology.
