Literary Explorations: A Collaborative Lecture Series

As part of collaborative activities with MoU colleges, Department of English, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) is participating in “Literary Explorations: A Collaborative Lecture Series”, a lecture series hosted by Sophia Girls’ College (Autonomous), Ajmer, involving five colleges across India.
The first lecture of the series was held on the topic “Carnivalesque Beginnings: Navigating the World of Upside-Down Festivals” on Google Meet on 19th October, 2023 at 1:30 pm.
The talk was delivered by Ms. Ayushi Yadav, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Sophia Girl’s College Ajmer. The students of MA Semester first attended the lecture. It was followed by an interactive session and quiz. Students who scored more than 60% in the quiz were awarded with certificates.
