The Department of Botany, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous, organized a Poster presentation competition through PowerPoint, on the theme “My Dream of Viksit Bharat in 2047” on 08/08/2024. Total 12 groups presented their views on various aspects like, sustainable development, women education, women safety, free education for all, improved medical facility and good economic growth of Bharat in 2047. Judges for the event were Dr. Jaya Philip, Head. Department of Microbiology and Dr. Sumeet Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous. The judges appreciated the efforts and views presented by the students. The results were declared by Dr. Pinky Prasad, Head Department of Botany, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous.

First position: Group 10 ;   Asra Siddiqui, Saniya and Jhanvi Kumari of Semester III

Second Position: Group 05; Minni Kumari, Priya Singh and Palak Sinha of Semester III

Third Position: Group 04; Nandini Raj, Sister Asha Marandi and Sister Mary Tudu Semester III

The entire event was supervised by Dr. Urvashi Sinha.  Session was moderated by Sanjana Bharti of Semester I and vote of thanks was proposed by Shrishty Singh. Technical support was provided by Insiya Ali.  All the teaching and non-teaching staff were present in the programme.
