Service Learning Project activity
On November 23, 2024, the Department of Social Work of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) Patna University organised a Service Learning Project activity under which an interactive language proficiency class was organized for the adopted children of the Patna Mahila Aayog slum. The class was initiated to make them aware and understand basic language and life skills. The whole session was about teaching them new and creative things by making them well aware about basic language. The students of the Department of Social Work enthusiastically participated in teaching them hindi grammar, english grammar, mathematics and other good life habits. The class ended with a poem sung by the students of Social Work. This whole session was done under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Mridul Mishra, Head, Department of Social Work and Sister Sanjana A.C., Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work.
