THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS HOSTED A PARENT-TEACHER MEETING

On September 30, 2023, the Department of Economics hosted a Parent-Teacher Meeting at 10:30 am. This meeting provided a great platform to the faculty and the parents who assign their children’s welfare and education to us. It facilitated a dialogue between the two stakeholders and the concerns regarding the students were shared.

The Parent-Teacher meeting fostered open discussions about students’ academic progress, aspirations achievement and scope, enabling insights into each student’s journey, strengths, weaknesses and collaborative plans for success in academics and career planning . The parents were made aware of all departmental activities and future plans of the department for all round development of the students.

Dr. Zareen Fatima, Head of the Department, along with Ms. Priti Kumari,   Ms. Kamaljeet Kaur , Ms. Vijeta Lal, and Dr.  Swastika Satyam , coordinated this productive interaction.
