Patna Women’s College organized a vibrant Three-Day Fresher’s Day Programme from July 28, 2025 to July 30, 2025. The programme began with the chief guest inaugurating the event by cutting the ribbon, followed by a warm welcome by Dr. Ravi Kumar, Head of the Mathematics Department, who greeted the guest by presenting plant saplings. On the third day of the programme, Department of Mathematics welcomed freshers and briefed Department’s achievement and goals. The students participated actively and showcased their exceptional talents, making the event an enormous success. The Cultural Committee members, Dr. Jyoti Chandra, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and Dr. Adweetya Sinha, Assistant Professor, Department of Political science graced the cultural performances of the students and motivated them to showcase their talent and achieve great heights. The program begun with a welcome song followed by solo dance performances, melodious choir singing, poetry “Shakti Swaroopa” by Nishi and a dynamic group dance. A major highlight of the event was the crowning of Miss Simran Kumari as Miss Fresher, in recognition of her confidence, elegance, and outstanding stage performance. During the event, the students expressed their gratitude to Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College, and Dr. Sister M. Tanisha A.C., Vice-Principal, Patna Women’s College for their unwavering support and motivation throughout the programme. The newly enrolled students exhibited their talents and expressed their sincere gratefulness to their teachers, staffs, seniors and batchmates. The program was concluded with Marvelous Ramp walk and speech of Dr, Ravi Kumar, Head, Department of Mathematics and in the end Simran, proposed the Vote of Thanks for the beautifully organize.
