Patna Women’s College celebrated Holi Milan on 15th March at 12 :00 noon in the Sports Ground, Patna Women’s College. The programme commenced with the lightening of the holika pyre by the respected principal, Dr..Sister M. Rashmi A.C.
Patna Women’s College. A total of 8 groups participated in the Holi Milan where they manifested the social issues faced during holi with their impactful and enthralling dance performance. The participants performed their dance on songs like ‘Brij me Holi’, ‘Murshid khele holi’, ‘Radhe Radhe’ and ‘Jaa re hat natkhat’ which portrayed themes like eve-teasing, women empowerment, injustice to transgenders and
widows faced during holi, inter-religion & brotherhood.
