Tark debating society of Patna Women’s College begins with a lecture series with an intention to enhance our horizons of understanding and to stretch our capacity of engaging with the other. The first lecture of the series was delivered by Prashant Thakur on “Peaceful Transformation of conflict and Gandhi”.
Needless to say, it was well-received and left us with several questions.

Students from 4 departments including political science, history, English, hindi attended the session and asked very valid and probing questions. Teachers also took great interest.
