A training program on specialized sewing machine was conducted in the Dept. of Fashion Designing, Patna Women’s College on 26th Sept 2024.
The expert instructor Mr. Manindra Nath Kumar, senior sewing school officer, Usha International Ltd. Patna, trained the students.It was focused on advanced stitching techniques and machine optimization. Students of The Department of Fashion Designing were thrilled to operate
automatic digital stitching machine.The training program aims to bridge the gap between theory and practical, equipping students with the expertise to excel in the fashion industry. The head of the department, Dr. Shemushi Madhu explained in her welcome speech, ‘This type of training program will be instrumental for job prospects in the garment industry’. All faculty members and 32 students from the
Department of Fashion Designing participated in the session. The program was conducted successfully under the guidance of coordinator Ms. Geetanjali Choudhary
