Anti-Ragging week 2023
Beneficiaries: 130 All semesters of undergraduate and PGDJMC
To mark the Anti-Ragging week, the department of Mass Communication organized a series of events starting from August 12th, 2023, Saturday where a documentary on Anti-Ragging was shown to the students of Under-graduate programme, Semester – I, III and V. Later, on August 17th, 2023, Thursday, essay writing and slogan writing competition was held in the activity period for all the students of UG and PGDJMC. The activity was conducted by the faculty members of the department Prashant Ravi, Aprajita Pathak, Divya Gautam and Gaurav Aranya. The students displayed their creativity through their powerful writings and slogans. Three winners from each category were chosen. The winners of essay writing competition in PGDJMC were Khushi Vaishnavi and Shashikala. The winners of slogan writing competition for the students of semester -I were Antra Singh, Priyamani Pandey and Khushi Kumari for the first, second and third position respectively. The winners of essay writing competition for semester -I were Antara Singh, Monali and Roshani Rai for first, second and third position. The winners of essay writing competition for semester – III were Chanchal, Naina Bose and Megha Singh for the first, second and third respectively. The winners of the competition of semester – V were Reecha, Muskan Rai and Nidhi for the first, second and third position.
