Collaborative activities with the MoU colleges

As part of the collaborative activities with the MoU colleges, Department of English, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) organized the 2nd lecture of the lecture series “Literary Explorations: A Collaborative Lecture Series”, on the topic “Postcolonialism and Neocolonialism” in hybrid mode on Zoom platform on 11th January, 2024 from 12 noon to 1 pm.
The talk was delivered by Dr Sahar Rahman, Head and Associate Professor, Department of English, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), Patna.
The students of the department of English from five colleges across India attended the lecture. The participating colleges were Sophia Girls’ College,Ajmer; Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru; GSSDGS Khalsa College Patiala; and St Xavier’s College Jaipur. The lecture was followed by an interactive session and quiz. Students who scored more than 60% in the quiz were awarded with certificates.
