The Department of Fashion Designing, Patna Women’s College Organised a Guest Lecture, Collaboration With Mother Veronica Excellence & Innovation Centre, Under Student Development Programme on 7th September 2024.
The Lecture was delivered by Dr. Rishikesh Kumar, Assistant Professor, NIFT, Patna on the topic “Exploring Career Pathways In Fashion Design; Opportunities, Innovation And Industry Demand.”
The Session commenced with a welcome speech by Mr. Alok John, Dean, National, International Collaboration and Consultancy Serivices, Patna Women’s College.
The Guest Lecture Provided A Comprehensive Overview of the Fashion Design Industry, highlighting the exciting opportunities, innovations and demands that Shape this dynamic field.
Students took a deeper understanding of the career pathways available and the skills required to succeed in the industry.The lecture served as a valuable resource for students to pursue a bright career in Fashion Design field.
The entire programme was organised by the HOD, Dr. Shemushi Madhu & coordinator Ms. Geetanjali Choudhary.The session was attended by all Faculty members, PG and UG students of Fashion Designing Department.
The programme was concluded with a vote of Thanks by the Head of the department Dr. Shemushi Madhu.
