Inauguration of the Kitab Club 2024
Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) Patna University organised a guest lecture cum workshop on the occasion of inauguration of the Kitab Club, on
28th October, 2024, in the Carmel Hall.
Dr. Vinay Kumar, a well known poet and writer has five books of poetry andtwo books of prose published under his name. He is also the editor of 7 Booksof prestigious psychiatry and has won many awards which includes the IndianMedical Association’s Ramchandra N Murthy Award in the year 2007 forsocial and community works and Ayodhya Prasad Khatri Samman in the year2015 for his book “Ek Manochikitsak Ke Notes”.The session was moderated by Mariyum Fatima and a warm welcome wasgiven to the guest with a plant sapling by Dr. Priyanka, Assistant Professorthe Department of History and coordinator Kitab Club. The lecture wasfollowed by a question and answer session which was an incredible opportunityfor the students to get their doubts clarified. The Vote of Thanks was given by Mahrukh Firdaus and the entire session wasa resounding success.
