NURTURING HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS
The NSS unit of Patna Women’s College started the annual seven days special camp to be conducted from 09th February, 2024 to 15th February, 2024 with the theme “Nurturing Human Relationships.” Day 1 began with a dance session led by Enakshi De Biswas, Cultural Coordinator, covering various dance forms and mudras. In the inaugural session, took place from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon, featuring NSS Program Officer. Dr. Shahla Rehana, NSS Program Officer briefed the volunteers about the theme of the camp, Dr. Ameeta Jaiswal (Humanities and Science, Head of Dept. of Philosophy), and Professor Suheli Mehta, NSS coordinator PU. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Amrita.
The second session included an invited talk by Shri Mithilesh Kumar Pandey (Assistant Director – ICTC, Bihar State AIDS Control Society). He conducted an essential session on the theme of Nurturing Human Relationships, covering topics such as building friendly relationships, benefits like a sense of belonging and increased happiness, challenges, and how to overcome them. The day concluded with feedback from volunteers. 50 NSS volunteers participated in the event.
