Poster Making Competition at Patna Women’s College Celebrates “Vanmahotsav”
On July 24, 2025, Patna Women’s College organized a Poster-Making Competition as part of the Vanmahotsav celebrations. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 16 students of the Home Science Department, forming Five groups across Undergraduate (Semesters- I, III and V) and Postgraduate (Semester-III) Programs. The theme of the event was ‘Restore Our Forests’ under which the students had taken various sub-themes and messages like:
1. Vriksha lagao, Bhavishya bachao.
2. If you are breathing, thank a tree.
The competition was conducted in Room No. 29, fostering creativity and environmental awareness. The First position was secured by P.G. Semester- III students- Lalita Kumari, Rina Kumari and Khushboo Kumari.
The event highlighted the importance of environmental conservation while encouraging artistic expression among students.
