The Department of Philosophy celebrated Swami Vivekananda Jayanti. The program began with garlanding the photo of Swami Vivekananda by the HOD.,Dr. Ameeta Jaiswal and the teachers of the department. Quiz Competition on the life and Teachings of Swami Vivekananda was organized. Three groups of students each from the 3 Semesters participated. Dr. Kamlendra Kumar was the Quiz Master. Ten questions of 5 marks each was asked from each group additional 2 marks was given on pass on questions.

1st Prize-
Group A – Harsha, Paridhi, Beauty.
2nd Prize-
Group B – Vaidehi, Komal, Arundhati.
3rd Prize-
Group C – Mimansha, Fatma, Aarohi.
