Brief Report –

Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) organized a Thematic Dance Competition on the theme of “Fundamental Rights of India.” on 25th January 2023 and Flag Hoisting on 27th January on the occasion of 74th Republic Day. The Eminent Judges for the competition were Dr. Manjula Sushila, Head, Department of Hindi, Dr. Priyanka, Assistant Professor Department of History and Ms. Taniya Banerjee, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Patna Women’s College.The Thematic Dance consisted of 7 performances showcasing all the 7 Fundamental Rights of India.  Towards the end of programme Dr. Manjula Sushila, Head, Department of Hindi gave her feedback about the performances. Results were declared towards the end. Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C, Principal, congratulated the participants for their active participation and also mentioned that Patna Women’s college is celebrating Republic Day in a grand way for the very first time. She then appreciated and congratulated the participants and winners, respectively.The programme was moderated by Sakina Khatoon and Sneha Raj, Patna Women’s College. Vote of thanks was then proposed by Khyati, Jt. General Secretary, Student Council, 2022-23, Patna Women’s College. The entire event took place under the guidance of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College and event was supervised by the Cultural Coordinators, Ms. Enakshi Dey Biswas, Coordinator, Performing Arts, Ms. Samiksha Sinha, Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology.
