Abstract :Insomnia is the most prevalent sleep disorder in youth.lndividuals with insomnia find it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or both. It severely affects time management as well as quality of life of youth. The notion of quality of life differs from individual to individual. For some it can be, materialistic but for others it can be spiritual as well. Time management can be defined as how meticulously an individual uses their time for the fulfillment of their goals. This research topic was particularly chosen because this topic still hasn’t got the attention which it deserved. Developing on the existing study of insomnia, time management and quality of life, the present

study examined their relationship among youth as well as gender differences in all three. Data was collected from youth aged 15-24 years old(N=100; 50 Male & 50 Female) through the offline mode. As expected, insomnia is negatively correlated with time management and quality of life but time management and quality of life are positively correlated with each other. Surprisingly, no gender differences were found in insomnia, time management and quality of life.
