“फिटनेस की डोज आधे घंटे रोज” 07/09/21, फिट इंडिया रन 2.0, के तहत 50 छात्राओं ने कोविड नियमों का पालन करते हुए,जॉगिंग और कंडीशनिंग एक्सरसाइज के साथ,पूरे एक घंटे बास्केटबॉल और ताइक्वांडो की प्रैक्टिस की।

“फिटनेस की डोज आधे घंटे रोज” 08/09/2021, फिट इंडिया रन 2.0, इस कार्यक्रम के तहत्, 70 छात्राओं ने कोविड नियमों का पालन करते हुए , पूरे एक घंटे जॉगिंग, एक्सरसाइज के साथ बास्केटबॉल और ताइकवांडो की प्रैक्टिस की।

“फिटनेस की डोज आधे घंटे रोज” 09/09/21,फिट इंडिया रन 2.0 का 20वा दिन। लगभग 60 छात्राओं ने कोविड नियमों का पालन करते हुए, पूरे एक घंटे बास्केटबॉल और ताइक्वांडो की प्रैक्टिस के साथ साथ शरीर को गर्म और ठंढा रखने का व्यायाम भी किया।

16th day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful. Total 85 students of Patna women’s College participated in this with great enthusiasm.
Event started with jogging around the College campus. After jogging students lined up properly following covid protocols. Sports coordinator Dr. Manjula Sushila demonstrated stretching and aerobic excercises and taught some basics of Taekwoundo and Basketball.
At the end students did 5-10mins cooling down excercise.

15th day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful. Total 85 students of Patna women’s College participated with great enthusiasm.
Event started with jogging around the College campus. After jogging students line up properly following covid protocols. Sports coordinator Dr. Manjula Sushila demonstrated stretching and aerobic exercises and taught some basics of Taekwoundo and Basketball.
At the end students did 5-10mins cooling down excercise.

Twelfth (12) day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful.Altogether 53 Students of Patna Women’s College participated in this event with great enthusiasm. Events were organised online at 2:00 pm. Students put their Camera on with proper position. Sports coordinator Dr. Manjula Sushila demonstrated warming- up, stretching and aerobic steps to the students and made this event successful.

Students were enthusiastic and shown keen interest in Sports activities but due to unavoidable circumstances we were unable to organise the Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 in offline mode. Events were organised online at 1.30 pm. Students put their Camera on with proper position. Event started with jogging. Sports coordinator Dr. Manjula Sushila guided the students for stretching and aerobic activities and made this event possible and successful.
Event was concluded with 5 mins cooling down excercise by the students.

Students are enthusiastic about Sports activities and all were present at 1:30 pm. It got started with jogging around College campus. After that students made proper line and followed covid protocols. Then our sports committee members Dr. Manjula Sushila, Dr. Sumit Ranjan, and Mr kundan guided the students for stretching and aerobic activities.
At the end students did 5-10mins cooling down excercise.

Students were enthusiastic about Sports activities but due to Muharram holidays we are unable to organise the Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 in offline mode. But as it rightly said ” The show must go on” hence events were organised online at 1.30 pm. Students on their Camera in proper position. Event started with jogging. Sports coordinator Dr. Manjula Sushila guided the students for stretching and aerobic activities and made this event possible and successful.
Event was concluded with 5 mins cooling down excercise by the students.

Sixth day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful.Students of Patna Women’s College took part in this with great enthusiasm and ran 2 km around college campus by following covid protocol.

Dr. Manjula Sushila, Dr. Awadhesh and Shivani Singh (Jt. Sports Secretary) taught some basic points of warming-up exercise and made this event successful.

Fifth day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful. Total 15 students of Patna Women’s College took part in this with great enthusiasm by following covid protocol.

Dr. Manjula Sushila and Dr. kundan taught some basic points of Kho-kho and warm-up exercise and made this event successful.

Fourth day of Fit India Fitness Run 2.0 was also very successful. Total 20 students of Patna Women’s College took part in this with great enthusiasm following covid protocol.

Dr. Manjula Sushila with sports committee members, Dr. Awadhesh, Dr. Ashish, Dr. kundan all taught some basic points of basketball and throwball and made this event successful.

NSS organised an online workshop on Blood Donation and HIV Awareness on 16th August at 4.00pm

The students of NSS participated in the Independence day Programme at Patna Science College

Sports dept of Patna Women’s College organised “FIT INDIA FREEDOM RUN 2.0” on 13/08/’21, as a part of the celebration of INDIANS INDEPENDENCE, “AAZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV”. The inogration was done by principal, Dr. Sr. M. Rashmi AC. The event was supervised by Dr Manjula Sushila ( Head,dept of Hindi and Sports coordinator),along with other sports committee members,Dr Awadhesh,Dr Ashish,Dr Nusrat and Dr Kundan.
Dr Manjula spoke on the importance of Fit India programme, she said that,” स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मन का वास होता है” और “फिटनेस का डोज , आधे घंटे रोज” .
Almost 20students were present and actively participated in the event, and run 3 km in half an hour at college campus.

18th Valentine throwball Championship was organised by Dept o Sports, on 14 th Feb 2020,in college Vball court.This was inter faculty competition.Near about 40 students participated, from Sc.Arts,Com. n Voc. Com.team was Winner n Arts team was Runner up.
