A Report
Patna Women’s College, a premier institution, whose hallmark has always been Quality and Excellence organized an ‘Alumni Meet’ on 21.12.2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Open Air Stage. Around 150 alumni attended the meet.
Dr. Ameeta Jaiswal, Vice Chairman, Patna Women’s College Alumni Association (PWCAA), Head, Dept., of Philosophy, Patna Women’s College, welcomed the Alumni and presented a brief report of the achievements of the college during the last few. Some of the eminent Alumni like justice Mridula Mishra, Dr. Maya Shankar, Dr. Poonam Chaudhary as well as some old Alumni like Mrs. Kailash Kumari Sahay. Mrs. Madhavi Bala Srivastava, Mrs. Nita Sahay shared their experiences.
Manisha Singh, Advocate, Joint Secretary, (PWCAA),and Ms. Yosha Singh, Assistant Professor, Dept. of AMM. She was the M.C. for the programme.
Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College welcomed the alumni, recollecting the memories of bygone days and cherishing the achievements of the alumni of Patna Women’s College. She expressed her good wishes toall the alumni present on the occasion and appreciated the efforts of Patna Women’s College Alumni Association in conducting the programmes.

Justice Mridula Mishra an Alumnae and former Patna High Court Judge and presently the Vice Chancellor of Chanakya National law university, Patna spoke about her experiences of the College days and motivated the young generations to move ahead with the knowledge and wisdom attained from the College.
A group of Alumni performed a thematic dance “ Utkarsh Tarang Siksha ke Sung” which manifested the values of Women empowerment, Environment Conservation and Elimination of Poverty.

The thematic dance was choreographed by Samiksha, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Sociology together with Dr. Priyanka, Assistant Professor, Dept. of History.
Dr. Sister M. Liceria A.C., Former Principal(1978–1997), Patna Women’s College addressed the alumni. She motivated the alumni to help and support the social causes taken up by the College. She concluded her speech with her greetings for the upcoming year and her blessings for the coming years
