Economics Alumni Meet 2023
The Department of Economics organized an Alumni Meet on 16th of September 2023. The event started with a beautiful prayer song sung by the students choir. The welcome address was given by Dr. Zareen Fatima, Head, Department of Economics. She emphasized upon the important role played by the alumni of any institution. She presented the powerpoint highlighting the progress and performance of Economics department. Adding more sweetness to the day, the alumni then came forward to cut the cake. Some interesting games were also played. Alumni felt nostalgic about their golden time spent in college, remembering those days they shared their favourite memories of the college. All the alumni then went to the Veronica Auditorium for the next session where the alumni were made aware of the NAAC accreditation process and the significance of their progression. The alumni then went for a visit to the newly added block of the campus.
