MSW Alumni Meet, 2023.
On 16th September, 2023, Department of Social Work, Patna Women’s College organised an Alumni Meet, 2023.
The programme began with a welcome song which was followed by the welcome address by Dr Mridul Mishra, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Social Work.She welcomed and appreciated the Alumni for taking out time from their busy schedule to attend the Programme. She also made the Alumni aware about NAAC assessment and accreditation. After this the students recited mesmerising poetry for the Alumni of the Department
was followed by a few games in which winners were given exciting prizes.
This was followed by the session of sharing experiences by the Alumni where each of them were feeling nostalgic and excited meeting after a long gap. They shared their memories, experience and the time spent in this college. They acknowledged that they have learnt many attributes like Discipline, Punctuality, Respect, Empathy, Love, Tolerance, Honesty etc and above all, Humanity in this campus.At last the Vote of thanks was proposed by Vartika Raj of Sem -III .The volunteers were from all the semesters of the Department.The Alumni visited the Auditorium and the new Cafeteria. All the teachers of the Department of Social Work,Patna Women’s College participated and made the Alumni Meet a successful and memorable event.
A group photo was taken to commemorate the day’s events. As the evening drew to a close, the alumni bid each other farewell, promising to recreate this day again soon. They left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, having enjoyed a delightful day spent in the company of good friends. It was indeed a very well organized and a fun filled event for the alumni as well as the participants.
