A Workshop on ‘Higher Education in India & Abroad, and Job opportunities’ was organized by Department of MCA on 29th March 2022. The Resource person for the workshop was Dr. Saroj Kumar Suman, Director, Brainstorm Achievers Academy. Total 56 students of MCA Semester –I (2021-2023) participated in this workshop.
The objective of the workshop was to make students aware of the career paths available after the completion of MCA. The event started at 10:00 a.m. Dr. Bhawna Sinha, Head, Department of MCA cordially welcomed the guests Mr. Saroj Kumar Suman and Mr. Bhardwaj. Mr. Saroj revised certain familiar concepts to the students with a twist that will give an edge to them in any competitive exams. The first part of the session included solving questions and clarification of doubts.
In the later part of the session an informative presentation was made by Suman sir. The agenda of the presentation was to highlight different options available to MCA students like NET, JRF, PSC, PO. Apart from choosing a career, the option of higher studies was also analytically presented to the students, the pros and cons of choosing to continue with academic was well informed to the audience. Studying abroad is a choice for many they were also helped as every stone was turned by Mr Suman and a clear route to fulfill their studying in abroad dream was shown to the students.
The session as a whole benefited everyone present. It cleared all the arousing doubts of the students and helped them decide their career in which they can grow with their full potential.
