ABOUT PATNA WOMEN'S COLLEGE

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. Patna Women’s College, the first college for women in Bihar was established in 1940. The college trains the students in the academic field and provides ample opportunities for them to learn creative arts, social service, environmental awareness, leadership quality and value based personality development. Patna Women’s College has completed three cycles of accreditation by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an ‘A’ grade with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.58 out of 4 and has been rated by NAAC as one of the highest performing institutions in India. The college also has ‘College with Potential for Excellence (CPE)’ status accorded by UGC. In January 2018 Patna Women’s College was conferred Autonomous status by UGC. The College has also been accorded the status of Star College by DBT, Govt. of India. The College has achieved 1st rank in Arts and 3rd rank in Science in the Eastern Zone in the India Today MDRA Best College of India Survey, 2022. The College provides holistic education through UGC approved 26 undergraduate degree programmes in all the major streams of Humanities, Education and Science, 10 Post Graduate degree programmes and 4 Post Graduate Diploma programmes.

ABOUT MOUNT CARMEL COLLEGE

Mount Carmel College Autonomous, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is a leading women’s education centre, owned and managed by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Theresa (CSST). Established in 1948, Mount Carmel College and its associate group of institutions work towards ‘Empowering through Education’. The missionary spirit of MCC has worked tirelessly in taking education to all strata and classes of society. Over the seven decades, the institution has grown leaps and bounds and moulded thousands of young women into confident, successful human beings and citizens. The autonomous college, ranked amongst the top ten college in India, has been recognized by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as an A+ institution and identified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as a ‘College with Potential for Excellence’. CALL FOR PAPERS

Organising committee welcomes papers from wide variety of multidisciplinary aspects and submission are invited on the sub-themes listed above. Participants are required to send the abstract to icetmr2023pwc@gmail.com after paying the requisite fee. The abstract should be typed with double space in Times New Roman (12-front size), within 250 to 300 words in MS Word format. Abstract must carry title of the paper, affiliation(s) and e-mail address of the author(s). Full research paper should not be more than 3000 words.
