The IQAC of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) organised a five day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Preparation for NAAC 4th Cycle Accreditation” on 21st to 25th February, 2023. The FDP was conducted by Dr. Amrita Chowdhury, IQAC Coordinator, Mr. Alok John, Dean – National, International Collaborations and Consultancy Services (NICCS), Dr. Bhawna Sinha, Head, Department of Computer Applications (MCA) and Dr. Aloysius Edward J., IQAC Director & Dean – Faculty of Commerce and Management, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru.
Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), threw light on the need of this workshop prior to the 4th Cycle accreditation of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) by NAAC.
Dr. Amrita Chowdhury, Coordinator – IQAC, presented an overview regarding the preparation of accreditation going on with the support of seven groups IQAC Working Committee for NAAC accreditation.
The external resource person, Dr. Edward, put forward some important insights and gave some success tips for the NAAC process specially regarding documentation of evidences. He also clarified the doubts and queries of the participants.
Altogether 154 faculty and staff members of the College participated in the workshop. The entire event was moderated by Mr. Alok John, Dean – National, International Collaborations & Consultancy Services (NICCS).
