Abstract : The digital revolution has been touching and shaping the different dimensions of human life in every field and form for the last few decades. The plethora of changes that this revolution has brought has overwhelmed the world. The speed and ease of doing anything have immensely improved and the ways of doing things have changed. Formal education has shifted the Brick-and-Mortar arrangement to laptops and tablets. Classrooms and assessments are getting online. Due to digital technology, day by day education is getting easily accessible to all, accessible at all times in all the different parts of the world. Further, due to the reusability of digital content, quality education and resources have become accessible to one and all. This has affected the well-being of students in a lot of ways. This rapid digital revolution and the over-reliance on digital
devices have increased the digital indulgence of the students very much. Due to this digital indulgence, the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, shorter attention span, ADHD, gaming disorder, and other problematic behaviors have seen a rapid increase in the last few decades.
