Abstract: A Bio enzyme was formulated using peels of citrus and banana. The research was carried out to estimate the potential of citrus and banana bio-enzyme in wastewater treatment. It involved testing the two bio-enzymes separately with 1% concentration and analyzing the results on 1st day, 2nd day and 5th day. The banana and citrus bio- enzyme showed effective
results in treatment of waste water. The banana bio-enzyme showed a little less effect than the citrus bio-enzyme in increasing the pH and decreasing the TDS of waste water.
Keywords: Citrus, Banana, Wastewater, Bio-enzymes, Bio-compost.
