On 12th October, 2023, Department of English, Patna Women’s College, organised an exhibition on Popular Literature under the department activity ‘Footprints’ in Room no.8.
Models were made by the students of U.G. Semester three on five themes:
Gothic Fiction, Children’s Literature, Detective Fiction, Agatha Christie’s -The murder of Roger Ackroyd, Crossover success : From Books to Cinema and Harry Potter.
The coordinator of the activity was Dr Apurba Paul, Assistant Professor, Dept. of English. Technical help was provided by Dr Prabhat Jha, Assistant Professor,Dept of English.
Dr Sahar Rahman, Head of the Department appreciated the students for their creative work and enthusiastic participation.
