Cafetaria organised by the Department of Home Science

Cafetaria was organised by the Department of Home Science on 11th of August 2023. The venue of the cafeteria was Room no 28. 11 Students from Semester III (P.G.) and Semester V (U.G.) participated in this activity. The menu of the Cafeteria was Pav Bhaji and Batata Puri. Standardised recipe was used to prepare the food items so that the quality and quantity of the food remain consistent. Good hygiene was maintained while preparing the food. Excellent quality food at affordable prices as compared to outside the campus was served. The food was relished by the teaching and non teaching staff as well as the students. The activity was a huge success and was highly appreciated by the students and staff. The Cafeteria was executed by the students under the guidance of Dr. Nisha Kumari, Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science.
