Brief Report –
Patna Women’s College conducted the Fresher’s Day for the B.A., B.Sc., Commerce and Vocationals (Business Administration, Computer Applications (BCA), Microbiology, Mass-Communication etc) students. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp. It further proceeded with the prayer dance done by Kriti Irani of the Deptt. of Sociology and Juhi from the Deptt. of Mass Communication. Both the conventional and vocational courses (Business Administration, Computer Applications (BCA), Microbiology, Mass-Communication etc) took active part in it. A lot of enthusiasm and zeal was seen among the students. Number of group dances, group songs and skits were organised by the Freshers. The audience was mesmerized by the performances of the fresher students. The students were also addressed by the Principal, Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C.. Principal, Patna Women’s College congratulated the students on their performances and asked the 1st year girls to uphold the dignity of the College. The programme was conducted by Antara, Garima, Tulika and Aastha. It was concluded with a vote of thanks by Garima and Aastha.
