Fresher’s Day 26.07.2023
The newly admitted students of UG Sem-1 and PG Sem-1 of the Department of Zoology, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous organised a Fresher’s Day programme on 26.07.2023 in the Department of Zoology.
The guest on the occasion was Dr. Sister Celine Crasta, Head, Department of History, Patna Women’s College.
The event was very well organised and coordinated by the UG and PG 1st semester students.
All the freshers participated enthusiastically in the programme. They performed a Prayer service, Solo and Group Dance, Poetry recitals, Solo and Group Singing, etc in the Department of Zoology.
Dr. Sister Celine appreciated the efforts and performance of the students.
Dr. Shobha Shrivastava, Head, Department of Zoology and Member Secretary, Academic Council, Patna Women‘s College welcomed the Freshers and emphasized on the importance of dedication, devotion and discipline in the lives of the students.
All the Faculty members and support staffs of the Department of Zoology were present on the occasion and appreciated the performance of the Fresher’s Day programme.
Compering was done by Ms. Muskan Bharti and Ms. Shweta Ranjan of UG-I, Zoology. Votes of thanks was proposed by Ms. Aditi Singh Rathod of PG-I, Zoology.
The function was conducted with full enthusiasm and in cheerful environment.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
