Brief Report:
Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) inaugurated the newly formed Gymnasium on 12th April 2021, under the given COVID-19 guidelines. The Gymnasium was inaugurated by Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College(Autonomous) and Dr. Sister M. Tanisha A.C., Vice Principal, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous). The programme commenced with a prayer song followed by Father James Shekhar’s address. The equipments installed included: Elegro, Treadmill, Bench Press, Stepper, Twister, Jogger, and Gym Ball. Dr. Manjula Shushila, Head, Department of Hindi and Sports Coordinator; Sister Jincy Assistant professor, Department of Sociology; Mr. Ajay Jha , Assistant Professor, Department of Mass Communication ; and Shweta Singh, Sports Teacher, encouraged students with their presence. The event was coordinated by Dr. Manjula Sushila and Ms. Shweta Singh, Sports Teacher, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) . The entire event was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous).
