Brief Report
A hands-on-experiment was held to show the students how to isolate the bacteria from monitors, keyboards, mouse, CPU present in the computer laboratory of the Department of Computer Applications (BCA) and to identify through differential staining. Students of Semester I of the Department of Computer Applications (BCA) were involved in this experiment. This experiment was conducted in the Central Research Laboratory by Mr. Sumit Ranjan, Scientist-I, CRL, Patna Women’s College. The students came to know about the presence of microorganisms on various hardware parts that they use every day.
