Planting Saplings in the Genetic Nursery-2023

Brief Report–
On April 28th, 2023, in observance of Earth Day, the ECO Task Force of Patna Women’s College arranged a sapling plantation program and established a genetic nursery within the college campus. A dedicated group of 35 ETF members actively participated in this event. Students from UG Semester II and PG Semester II of the Department of Zoology played a crucial role in planting 40 medicinal saplings in the Genetic Nursery. The event was graced by esteemed professors from the Department of Zoology, including Dr. Shobha Shrivastav, Dr. Sister M. Stuti, Mr. Rajeev, Dr. Sugandha, and Miss Aishwarya Shree. With the guidance and supervision of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College, the entire event was meticulously organized and successfully executed.
