It is important for students to understand how to perform better in their career. Career advancement is the process by which professionals set their goals and make efforts to lead their career graph. “If you are not moving forward, you are moving backward” inspired with this thought. The Department of Business Administration organised a workshop on the topic “Motivation for Career Advancement” for students of 2nd Semester on March 13th, 2019. Mr. R. Sreenivasan, Co-founder, Career Launcher, Bangalore delivered a talk on the same. The purpose of the workshop was to make students aware to pursue more advanced role in any organization through their dedication, hard work and strategy.

Mr. R. Sreenivasan motivated students to keep themselves updated in technological aspects and key knowledge areas in order to efficiently lead challenging roles of their career. The students will get immense benefit from this workshop.
