World Sparrow Day-2023

Brief Report-
To commemorate World Sparrow Day on March 20th, 2023, the ECO Task Force of Patna Women’s College organized a ‘Short Video Making Competition’ centered around the theme of “Saving the Sparrow.” The competition saw participation from 68 students, who formed 27 individual groups. These creative students crafted videos that highlighted various aspects of Sparrow conservation. The esteemed jury panel consisted of Dr. Sapna Kumari, Assistant Professor from the Department of Zoology, Dr. Neetu, Assistant Professor from the Department of Zoology, and Dr. Sumeet Ranjan, Assistant Professor from the Department of Zoology. The competition was expertly coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Shobha Shrivastava, the Vice President of the ECO Task Force and the Head of the Department of Zoology. The entire event was successfully conducted with the valuable guidance of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College.
