A pre-placement session on the topic ‘Empowerment and Motivation in Career Choices’ was organized by the Department of Business Administration in collaboration with the Department of Advertising and Marketing Management and Commerce at Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), Patna on 29.08.2019. The session was attended by approx. of 180 students. The importance of active empowerment was explained to the students. It can change their motives, boost engagement and raise their sense of self- agency and control over their lives. As a result, their motivation grows even stronger and they develop into productive, devoted workers who are motivated to leave a lasting impression on the world through their career.
