On the 19th of November 2019, the placement cell of Patna Women’s college hosted a pre-placement talk for final year students. The event was attended by over 200 students from various departments who were looking to secure jobs in their respective fields. The Resource Person of the event was Dr..Rajshree Varma from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. The Speaker discussed the hiring process at the company and shared some tips on how to prepare for a job interview. He emphasized the importance of having a strong resume, a positive attitude, and good communication skills. He also spoke about the importance of research and preparation before appearing for an interview.
