Awareness Generation Programme -2023
On 5th August 2023.The Department of Social Work Under the ‘P.A.C.E CLUB’ visited Slum area ‘Adalatganj’. The students of Department of Social Work conducted an Awareness Generation Programme in the slum . They took sessions on importance of education for children and also delivered some information about personal hygiene and cleanliness.The students explained them the various safety measures to be taken for the prevention of Eye Flu specially and also against other diseases so that they remain fit and healthy. At the end the session was concluded by Dr. Mridul Mishra, Head,Department of Social Work in which she thanked the community people for giving their precious time and participating with full enthusiasm .

Sr Sanjana A. C.Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work and Akanksha, Assistant Professor, Department of Social Work were also present. The session was very fruitful as the students interacted with people, realized their problems and reactions of people, and are also enable themselves to learn the perception of people towards social workers and their ability to help them.
